Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

This policy applies to all products including:

  • Thekua
  • Banana Chips
  • Murukku
  • Bhakarwadi
  • Namak Pare
  • Til ke Laddu
  • Other homemade snack items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • a defective item,
  • or a wrong order,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Clear description of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement product
    or
  • Partial/full refund (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
